Product Introduction
GJN Nanoporous Composite Insulation Material is a flexible insulation felt prepared through MiddleTech's proprietary nanocomposite process, which combines silica aerogel with special fibers. This material exhibits a relatively low thermal conductivity, excellent hydrophobicity, is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and has a Class A fire rating. It is easy to install. The material is 40% thinner than aluminum silicate and 35% thicker than aerogel felt, allowing for faster and more convenient installation. This product's temperature curve is relatively gradual, with a room temperature thermal conductivity not significantly different from traditional materials like aluminum silicate. However, it offers a significant advantage in terms of average thermal conductivity under working conditions compared to traditional materials.

Safety and Protective Measures
During transportation and construction, the generation of dust is inevitable. It is recommended to install exhaust equipment in areas prone to dust production. Construction personnel should wear dust masks, gloves, protective goggles, and other safety equipment throughout the process to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes.

Construction and Installation
For industrial applications, it is advisable to refer to the MiddleTech Construction Manual. For more information and support, please contact the Technical Department's Engineering Services.

Transport and Storage
When handling and transporting, handle with care and avoid heavy pressure. Keep the packaging sealed and store it in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area. Do not store it with other volatile chemical materials.
