Construction Description

Aerogel sound insulation damping coating can be used directly by stirring evenly in a bucket. If diluted, water should be used and stirred evenly.

Construction equipment: mortar spraying machine or real stone paint spraying machine.

Construction environment conditions: temperature 5~35℃, relative humidity < 85% .

According to the actual design of dry film thickness (generally 3~5mm) to control the spraying amount, requiring uniform spraying and one-time molding.

If recoating is required, the recoating time should be greater than 72h (under standard temperature and humidity conditions).

When spraying, the junction between the ground and the wall needs to be turned over 3~5cm, and the sound bridge has been reduced. That is, the spraying height of the wall at the junction is controlled in the range of the skirting line.
