Product Introduction
AG-S aerogel slurry is a high-performance SiO₂ aerogel-based material, prepared using a unique process, where hydrophobic SiO₂ aerogel particles are dispersed in a water medium. It offers highly efficient thermal insulation properties while preserving the aerogel structure to the maximum extent. This product addresses the issue of dust associated with aerogel during use and transportation. After drying, AG-S water-based aerogel slurry regains its hydrophobic characteristics.
Product Features

Ultra-low thermal conductivity

Easy dispersion

Extremely low density

Adsorption and purification of harmful gases
Precautions

Before the slurry is used, there is a layered liquid at the bottom, which is normal and can be used after mixing evenly.

The liquid at the bottom of the slurry, the customer can adjust the viscosity according to the need, or add no more than 50% water to adjust the viscosity.

Due to external reasons, when the slurry becomes dry or the viscosity is very high, dust may be generated during operation, which is normal.

When dust occurs in the operation, the customer can first use the liquid at the bottom of the slurry, or add no more than 50% water to cover the wet surface of the slurry, and then slowly stir to become a wet slurry, and finally high-speed stirring can be used.

After use, the paste must be stored in a sealed environment below 28 ° C and away from light.

If the slurry exceeds the use period, if it remains in the state of wet slurry, it can be used by adding no more than 50% water or our company's special agent, wetting the surface first, slowly stirring into slurry, and then mixing evenly at high speed, without affecting the performance. If it becomes a dry block, please contact our technical personnel and handle it according to our guidance before use.

It is recommended that customers add a small amount of water to stir once every other month, and the shelf life of the slurry can be extended to more than 6 months. The amount of water added can be controlled according to the state of the slurry.

The slurry can be used in alkaline or acidic environments, but should not be mixed with organic solvents in large quantities.

The amount of aerogel paste added is 35%-70%, and the recommended amount of aerogel paste added is 40%.
